I've updated some pages on www.kde.org to the "new" theme because it
was embarracing that they looked obsolete. I also updated some links
and removed stuff which was obviously out of date.

community/whatiskde/kdefreeqtfoundation.php theme updated
sites/www/community/whatiskde/index.php links removed and some links
added back at bottom
www/community/index.php broken, removed
presspage/index.php theme updated, duplicates pages in /contact though
presspage/Writing_Guide.php theme updated, I think the page should be scrapped
stuff/index.php updated theme and removed link to crap
products/kirigami theme updated, changes layout somewhat but it's
still nicercode-of-conduct/index.php theme updated
developerplatform forward to new page
support/mailinglists/index.php update theme
support/index.php updated theme
aether/footer.php add links to support/ and stuff/ since if we have
them we may as well link to them
support/international.php theme updated
support/index.php theme updated
announcement/ and info/ pages updated including new Applications pages
and I e-mailed David Faure about frameworks

There's some more to go including working out what to do with /events/
and https://www.kde.org/applications/

Comments and corrections welcome of course

Looks great! Will Frameworks releases be taken care of alongside apps? e.g. https://www.kde.org/announcements/kde-frameworks-5.52.0.php

Regarding the applications section, I was going to make a post about it later on when I had some. But, I was going to recommend that we consider migrating whatever useful information is available on those pages into the user base Wiki, and use the wiki instead.

I disagree. The idea that was discussed last time, which I still find
valuable, is to generate the pages under applications/ from the data gathered
from the appdata files, maybe with some additional details which can't be
represented in those files.

Moving them to the wikis would made it again more complex to update the basic
information for each application.

The last thread about this was, if I'm not mistaken, few months ago:

Yeah, kde.org/applications is "our store", userbase is something different, think of it as the app webpage or similar, it's two different things.

Yeah, someone needs to take Harald patches and my concerns, post it up for review and then we commit it.

Cheers,
Albert
